I completely agree.

There are definitely "bugs" that I need to eradicate ... I have "backslide" over the last year (had a lot of personal and family tragedy). Really I was curious about the effect of a full dose, and I got the results I kind of expected.

What I didnt expect though was how good I felt the next day.

Anyhow, I am back to dose building.
