Depends on if you find meat hard to digest. I have been eating 0 diet for many years, I break a fast with meat without any problems. Meat is probably the most easily digested food for me. I guess I am trying to say - see how it feels!
btw I think fasting is an important part of the 0 diet - a hunter/gatherer would have had days with little or no food. So skipping meat every once and awhile is good too!
