I am just completing an 18 day Master Cleanser fast. My colon therapist recommended the
Blood Type Diet , which I had already kind of levitated to over the years from feeling what was natural and healing to my body. For example I stopped eating wheat and dairy years ago and began eating meat a few years ago after deciding years as a vegetarian were not making me healthy... So, I do not think this will be too hard of an adjustment, except that I will eat more meat and be more specific about which fruits/vegs/oils/etc. I consume. My question is: Since I am just coming off this fast, how long should I wait before I start eating a heavy animal protein diet? Today I was plannig grapefruit juice, tomorrow more grapefruit juice and then some broth. Friday broth and soup with a few rice crackers. Saturday I was going to have more veg soup for lunch and then out for dinner for Sat. night (New Year's). I was thinking I might have fish with veggies and a litte rice. Do you think that is too heavy for coming off the fast that soon. I would prob. not be able to eat it all. Should I go veggie for longer before I transition into meats again? If you have experience with this, I would love to know your thoughts, or even if you just have an opinion. Thanks!
