Re: Dandelion Dulse Delight!

Dandelions! Yesss!!! I could live on 'em.
As to the dairy, we do have a couple of local farms here. A couple of my family members work on one. I hear stories of how they use the milk from cows with mastitis, dying of cancer, and I don't know what else. It makes me fearful, but I do like the kefir from the health food store. I suppose that is pasteurized. I am ALLERGIC to milk and dairy, so I otherwise use the soy milk. We do have a person not far from here who sells goat milk. Maybe I should talk to them and try making some home-made kefir.
BTW, I did read the case study on the link you gave me about the diabetic. Luckily I am not on any other meds than the insulin. My BP is good. My LDL was a little raised over the 100 mark (150) last time I was tested. I don't want any more drugs. A big NO! I don't have any peripheral neuropathy. Only I think the feet circulation is a little less than it could be.
So it looks like now is a good time to straighten up and start to turn things around. BRRRR on the cold shower, but that's a good way to get a body up in the morning or sleep better at night. The practice, I hear, is one that gets better and better with use. Thanks!!!
