Re: Remineralization/hydration re: diabetes 2

First of all, GOOD JOB, excellent work. With what has come out of your liver you can now understand why it was hurting so badly and why all the other problems.

Diabetes??? Low insulin production from the Isles of Langerhans in the pancreas. Why? The pancreas is upstream from the liver. If the liver gets compomised it's just a matter of time before the organs upstream of the liver start to fail. Parasites, chemicals and wrong diet compromise the liver. So it's just a matter of time until the upstream organs get involved. Especially the pancreas and kidneys.

Deficiencies have to happen once the liver is compromised. No synthetic vitamins and I wouldn't even do the magnesium right now. Get a good seasalt, Celtic is the best and don't be afraid to use it. The seasalt will eliminate the mineral deficiencies whatever they are. Keep the distilled water distilled, don't add anything to it.

One or two rounds of probiotic should sufice. Get the refrigerated kind at the healthfood store. Enzymes only if you're not digesting your food. Too many enzymes will give you the runs also. The best ox bile supplament is from Standard Process. But keep it to a minimum. The greasy stool is going to happen for a while as the body dumps all the accumulated grease from the rest of you into the liver. Sorry. It's pretty important in getting the pancreas up and running again.

As you body cleans out watch your mental apparatus improve. It's almost magical. With the liver decongested the blood gets cleaner and the brain functions better. Even what little you've done so far will have a positive effect on your thinking. Depression, mood swings, clarity of thought.

Anyway, great work. You're on your way...
