Remineralization/hydration re: diabetes 2(R whole thread)
Hi Doc. I have some questions. I am a diabetic type 2 and have been for 10 years now. I always "ate to live" rather than "lived to eat". That's all the prologue I am willing to get into. I am on some insulin because I never could take the oral meds for this except metformin. I am not a "bad" diabetic as far as the numbers go. My FBS in a.m. is a little high--runds around the 150 mark, and at night pre dinner, around 200. I have been given a script for a combo insulin which I haven't gotten yet. It seems like I am defeating my purpose here by doing the insulin, but I know the diuretic effect of urine sugar in the kidneys and don't want to defeat my purpose here in doing the LF's and getting a degree of health back. The LF's have yielded good results from 3 cups of parasites including liver flukes to a cup of the dark gray large stones, ?? on the brown ones (all my BM seems just about seems to be "greasy" and that is after I have gotten rid of the EVOO on the days between flushes)to 4 of the green stones this a.m. as I do the second LF. The pain under my R ribcage is substantially better. GRATITUDE! I know how some feel about diabetics in that they are kind of futile "customers" when it comes to doing the LF's and getting their health back. I am NOT in the ER feeling hopeless, there are NO offers of scripts for antidepressants. I don't have to do that kind of "alternative" medicine--allopathic --for this problem. When I think about the awful pain I was in a couple of weeks ago, I am just so encouraged. I do this one day at a time, not hoping for a miracle, but working towards one.
I know diabetics are low in Mg. Have been adding some to my daily regimen for quite a while. Even a small amt has had a laxative effect and that has made it discouraging to take it in the past with the dumping syndrome and the ever-present diarrhea. Also adding concentrace minerals to my dist. H2O. I also know that I am getting my digestive tract back in order with the liver flushes and subsequent cleansing enemas. Probiotics, adding back the digestive enzymes and will have to look up a good source of ox bile again since I do not have a GB.
Do you have any comments? Any would be welcome. Thanks.
