i have posted a few times on the dental forums and every time you have offered good info and much help, just wanted to let you know that your effort is appreciated and noted. hopefully one day i can be done with this and stay on these forums and help others as well

i have been taking chlorella & spirulina to help remove the mercury, will def look into
Andrew Hall Cutle protocol.

the reason why i thought i was reacting to the cerec was because the next day my face broke out with acne, this might be my body rejecting the new material. i am glad that your views on cerec is that it is one of the decent ones, i know that every single material will have side effects and cause some sort of issue its all about picking the right one.

i will leave it in for a month and see how it goes, if this one does not work then i am going to just pull both and leave holes which i will prob have to brush 8 to 10 times a day.
