taking it out and replacing with nothing? plz help im so lost

hello curezone

a bit of history, for the past 5 years Amalgams have made my life hell and i can say it has changed me quite a bit as a person.

right now i have taken both Amalgams out, one has a composite and yesterday i just got a cerec (ceramic i think) put in. while the dentist was putting in the cerec i could smell/taste the plastic.

when i got up this morning i checked and i had a small white coat on my tongue and new rash like pimple on my skin. i regret not trusting my instincts and getting up and leaving while he was putting it in. I asked him about the aluminum in ceramics, if there was any Bisphenol a and plastic. To all these questions he responded with a kind of lost no (didnt seem very convincing to me but that could just be me).

he seems to put in some kind of glue in first, waited for it to dry and then put the small piece of cerec on top and then applied the blue light to make it dry. i think i could be reacting to the glue at the bottom of my tooth. to anyone who knows, is this the correct procedure for ceramics?

my main question is what would happen if i just drilled out both the cerec and the composite and just replace with nothing leaving the holes there? the top mola with the cerec is quite large while the bottom one with the composite is pretty small.

thanks for all your help, what is this world coming to when the last person you can trust is your own doctor!!
