Re: I'm new here, could use your help! Long story...

Oh and yes, you shoul dsee ALOT more in an enema. Doing an enema is like speeding the process up 10 fold. Not only does it dislodge candida but it also rinses out the toxins. I routinely see a milky white substance when doing an enema. It is scary and bizarre. But once you relaize that all that was inside you , you will understadn why you are so sick. It all begins in the intestine, so it makes commom sense to go after it there.

Also, in addtiona to enemas, do p&b shakes ( psyllium and benotnite)Thye help to drag out the candida.

The shakes can be constipating so I sometimes only do them every so often and then replace them in the interim with a big green healthy salad ( no dressing of course) with lot of roughage and I add chopped fresh garlic. This works very well as the fiber from the salad will expand and sweep your intestines clean while pushing the garlic into the bowel wall wher candida hides. It is highly effective

Another solution is to add liquid caprylic acid to your p & b shakes. Same idea. tyhe fiber expands pushing the liquid cap[rylic acid into the bowel wall.

But brace yourself. If candida it truly your problem, then the liquid caprylic acid Will most likely cause some uncomfortable die off symptoms. I found this owuld happen to me about 20 minutes after taking the shake and last for about an hour. So donot be alarmed if you suddenly feel absolutely horrible.
