Re: Invincible

Yes, thank you, Maya. I got your reply, and I'm sorry I confused Personal Messaging with Emailing in the first place. I think we must erase old messages manually, once we are through with them...though I'm not sure yet which symbols do what.

A long time ago I was told that furnishings in a Japanese household were very sparse. And that the most beautiful item in the home might be a small carving, carefully wrapped and placed in a drawer.

From there, the spirit and beauty of the carving permeates the whole dwelling.

I thought that was delightful.

Later, I wondered if clutter, visible or not, doesn't do the same thing. And, thoughts, too.

Ever since I saw and felt the aura of my second husband I've been aware of the electricity we give off, and attract.

Belongings are wonderful, inspiring us to fine pursuits and arts, but they can also be burdens and obligations, creating stress, when they are disorderly or neglected.

There is an old saying that I first read in my grandmother's Girls' Own Magazines, circa the early 1900's...

"A place for everything, and everything in its place."

Victorian, don't you think?

Congratulations on your good work and the peacefulness it brings.

F.
