Re: Doubtful about lorazepam

I think there was something in your post that inspired me to take melatonin.
(rather than lorazepam)
It really seemed to help.
The parasites hate it when I get good sleep.
They will sting me over and over to keep me awake.
I wonder if their activity is inhibited when we are sleeping, and that is why they were trying to keep me awake.
Being awake, I didn't want to take as big of a dose, because the die-off made me anxious.
So, with melatonin, I take a bigger dose and sleep through the anxiety.
It worked for me, and I made progress.
I only take melatonin, when I'm having bad die off that is keeping me from sleeping.
I increase the anti-parasiticals when they periodically start stinging me.
I mostly use Iodine, bloodroot, Wormwood or some combination of the three.
And have been making rapid mega progress lately.
