Dear ketchup, If theres a hole in the bucket, and you pour 'less'' water in bucket, then less water stays in the bucket at any given time. (Sorry, no argument intended) When your intestines are coated with candida yeast, LESS nutrients are taken into the blood steam. My logic is simple. Eat healthy foods and ADD EXTRA vitamins to what you've eaten. The more you take in....the more might get absorded in a ''faulty'' intestine. AND.....you would have to eat a sack full of oranges to get 1000 milligrams found in one vitamin c capsule (which is EASILY absorbed into the food you eat with it) And I think the notion that food is always better than supplements is not accurate. THANK'S ......
