Oh god yes..elimination is the KEY because when you start taking Iodine depending on your toxic levels in your body and the amount of Iodine you take, determines how much crap (literally) is going to get stirred up, loosened, come unglued, unstuck, pried out, yanked out, pulled out from every single part of your body and down to your teeny tiniest cells that finding what is going to work for certain times thru-out your detoxing and cleansing in helping, aiding, your body to rid itself of it is KEY!

Instead of say, oh that darn Iodine..it's giving me a head-ache, or it's giving me constipation, or it's doing what-ever you feel is uncomfortable..I say something else, I say THANK YOU Iodine for giving me that blockage in my colon, THANK YOU IODINE for giving me those leg cramps, THANK YOU IODINE for giving me any detox symptom you can get my body to give up, because I know then it's working, it's doing it's job, it's helping my body cleanse, repair, and heal itself!
