I agree with Prism and Glaxony. You have to figure out your tolerance to certain supplements that will help you have bowel movements, and you have to take life easy. Let nothing steal your peace! When you are irritated, what do you think that does to your intestines? Knots them up! Refuse to let anything get to you. Stress kills!
