Do you know what I do when I have irresistible Sugar cravings? I take a big ol' spoonful of fresh ground thyme, one of cloves, eat a clove of raw garlic and some oil of oregano all right before I eat my sweet whatever. That's probably a bit extensive, but I betcha they stay away from my sugary blood with all of that in it! And if they don't, they get a bellyfull of everything else too. It's not something I do often, and I'm not sure if my logic is sound.But, it's better than nothing right? Keep your herbs and stuff easily accessible so that even if you're half-asleep, it'll be easy. I also take a little more of the cloves after in case the wormies popped out some eggs after getting a dose of sugar.But, here's to willpower, may you not need my trick! And whenever you feel one of those pains, think about that DYING worm and be happy, because the Depression and obsession these things cast over us is half the battle, and it sounds like they're getting to you. They love these negative feelings! Emotions like that make your body more acidic, and lower your immune system~ which they thrive on.
