'part' is meant as volume measurement (not weight), usually I make a batch using a tablespoon as the 'part' volume, mix it all up, then encapsulate. dr schulze formula they say to take with food, dr christopher lower bowel balance on empty stomach. you can use either, depending on what you feel you need. personally, I like lower bowel balance a bit better, I find it gentler. I meant these formula when I referred to bowel herbs.
if you're not used to cayenne, maybe start with making the formula just with regular cayenne, not the hottest one you can find, and not african bird pepper (very hot), and you can adjust to hotter later, if you like.
the magnesium citrate I use is in powder form and called 'natural calm'. I like it, although I've not noticed any calming effect, but I take it for the magnesium content and also helps with bowel function.
I feel for you in having anxiety and panic, it's wicked to live with, I went through it too. I used to have constant intense anxiety that never went away except when it turned to panic attacks. I was scared to leave my home for fear of having it happen in public, and even more afraid to go to sleep at night (this was when it was the worst).
Liver Flushes resolved all of it for me. if you haven't done these yet, it may help. of course getting rid of the varmits is the other thing, but a liver full of stones will make it worse.
just keep doing what you can to cleanse and take care of yourself, and the anxiety will gradually decrease until it's completely gone.
