its an all raw diet that includes vegetable juice, raw milk, raw eggs, and even raw meat. i do not adhere to it 100%, but i am close. the diet does allow for some cooked carbs like rice. its not for everyone, but i can say i have seen it work miracles in someone close to me that nothing else worked for. he is being healed of a 25 year long condition on this diet.
my energy has been great on this diet. and many who try it gain weight. he is a big believer in raw fat, and in fact fat is the number one element in his diet. he believes, as i do, that raw vegan diets can create health problems.
