Yeah, I do understand. I think I'll keep the grains to a minimum and amp up other things. I think my liver is overloaded, but not sure what to do for it. Just before my setback of a broken wrist, I was doing lemon/olive oil drinks, but it is hard to cut up things with a broken wrist. Have you tried Similase for digestive enzymes? It is made from all plant material and is better tolerated than those made from animal products. I've taken Similase for years and it definitely helps with leaky gut and takes some of the stress off the liver. I also have fevers every 2 hours, thought it was menopause, but this is ridiculous! Could set your watch by it!
My friends/family don't understand why it takes so long to get better as they have seen me deal with this for a few years, but as I have had chronic fatigue for 20 years, I understand, it's layers of an onion and in the end I will be a lean, mean, fighting machine! Best to you!
