i had ther same problem. wondering what can i eat for breakfast. someone told me get out of the mentality of "cereal box" as the only choice for breakfast. you can tomatoes & ham. ground turkey made like suasage or chicken sausage. i do not know if you can have eggs but you can have ham & eggs. this is what i am doing whatever i am having for dinner, i will have the left over for my brerakfast the next day. who says it has to be cereal only for breakfast. now i love my breakfasts. i am not sure if i want to have herrings or sardines for breakfast. yuk.
