Do you make your own sausage? I haven't seen beef sausage but would like to buy it if I can find it. I bought the turkey bacon and it is good and low in calories.
I really like fruit smoothies made with soy or rice milk in the mornings. Does anyone use a calcium supplement? Other than broccoli, I don't get much calcium other than the smoothie in the morning.
I had to stop drinking coffee so I substituted with caffinated green tea. Is the coffee bad or caffine? I bought some decaf green tea also just incase I need to switch.
