Need help with high protein for breakfast, please.

I am considering combining this diet with Weight Watchers but I would have to cut out some of the protein foods I currently eat. I usually have any of the following: yogurt, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sausage, or milk w/cereal. It looks like all of them should be avoided.

What do you eat for breakfast that is higher in protein but low in fat and calories? The only thing I think of is turkey sausage/bacon but that my take me over the limit for calories. I have rice milk which looks like a good sub for cows milk. Other than that I'm at a loss.

BTW, I'm pretty open-minded about trying new foods so feel free to give recommendations for things not necessarily traditional breakfast foods. Also, I should mention I have very little time in the mornings to prepare food.

TIA,
Robin
