Iodine CAR FRESHNER and DEODORANT

Car Freshner

Fill a glass (or plastic, but I prefer glass) spray bottle with 40% vodka, not quite to the top. Add one or more of your favourite essential oils, depending on your preference or mood. 

Right now, I use patchouli (general tonic and stimulant, benefits the nervous and glandular systems; also, antiseptic), lavender (too many benefits to list - I just love it) and only 2-3 drops of sweet basil (beneficial for mental fatigue, stimulates and sharpens the sense of smell - not that I need any help with that:-) also, an anti-depressant). Add iodine, more or less, according to your nose. Enjoy!

Deodorant

Dissolve some baking soda in a bit of distilled water, but not too much. I dissolved too much, and it crystallized in the bottle, AFTER I added the 40% vodka, iodine and essential oils. What I did with it, I let it sit for about 1 week or maybe even 2, until all excess turned to crystals, then poured the liquid in another bottle.

Pour the baking soda solution in a spray bottle, about 1/4 or 1/3 of the bottle. Fill up with vodka. Add iodine to your heart's content. Add as much, little, or none of your favourite essential oil(s).Love it! It works! It's the best deo ever, for me.
