Re: Hopinso
"My detox has probably been kind of in the middle of the severity scale. I can tolerate it, but there are definite side effects and/or die off."
I think going slowly is the right thing to do, for you. You are so wise, and you know how to listen to your body; slow would be better for you now, particularly that you are emotionally sensitive at the moment. (This could also be an
Iodine detox sign? Remember, liver flushing, of which we both had our fair share, peeled off emotional layers in our livers, causing us to crash adn burn over stuff that happened a million yeras ago and we thought was long forgotten?)
"People who have not done the necessary work to clear their channels of elimination must be prepared to start slow and stay low while their body adapts to
Iodine and its detox."
True, again.
"many people who can experience greatest benefits from
Iodine will be the same ones who suffer the most from severe detox because they have not prepared their body adequately. This will also be the kind of person to give up and probably wind up bashing iodine."
People will always act according to whatever software is running in their heads (the level of their own awareness). Whatever choice they make, it should be all right with the ones who KNOW where the truth is.
