that sounds delicious. :). I guess I'm holding out on the Iodine (while continuing to take kelp) since I'm still debating about how much and what form is best for me. I've done a lot of reading, including all the testimonials here and in the other Iodine forums, and I'm still not sure what is best - low dose or high dose. I'd probably try the detoxified or nascent, based on what i've read so far. I guess I am watching you guys be guinea pigs and see how you all do over a longer period of time. My naturopath tested me on it, I didn't test well, and she kind of warned me off of it, though I do think kinesiology is sometimes influenced by practioner bias.
