Re: Anyone get a cold from taking idodine?

I've had to come back to read this again. I raised my dose from 31.25 mg to 62.5 this week and I now have a huge cold sore, swollen glands in my neck, nasty metal taste and allergies. I got this reaction when I fasted 56 days so I think this is what I am going through. Mint tea is helping with the metal mouth and I have painted the cold sore with lugol's. Makes me wonder what the effects would be for someone with herpes.
