Re: why do you take iodine?
I began because I had specific areas that were hard to get under control. I had originallly believed everything could be cured naturally, and ended up on medications for diabetes, hypertension and depression, which provided me the only progress I had had for years. But I did not want to be on medication. I began on iodine, and in three months I was off all medications. I am still off them, after six months.
I have vision problems, and did not want surgery. After three months, my vision slowly started improving. I am not near where I want to be, but I wear contacts and have gotten rid of my reading glasses that I needed, which at one time was as high as +2.50.
I am still on
Iodine because I have a long way to go. Maybe 1-3 years. The detox is manageable and I have to follow a strict diet of high protein and low carb vegetables. But next year I will be a year older whether I choose to work on myself or not, so why not go for it?!!
