I totally agree with DQ's and Luellas posts on this thread.
The FDA's claim is complete nonsense.
By the above definition Vitamin C is a drug, which it most clearly is not. Doesn't Vitamin C cure the disease of Scurvy? and doesn't Niacin (Vitamin B3) cure Pellagra? There are numerous Natural substances that cure & treat many diseases, so are these substances "Drugs" as well!!!!!???
This just complies with the definition of what the the FDA describes as a drug....for the benefit of the pharmaceutical companies.
A stand has to be made somewhere and at some point in time to eradicate this affrontery to our liberty.
A background in Law speedy should provide an insight into what can be done against these FDA thugs and the congressional puppets of Big Pharma.
