Keeping in mind that these aren't necessarily facts: At least in the case of the first poster in the thread:

IF it's not an usual occurrence from the product and ruling out other possible causes unrelated to the following,

IF it's neither thick nor foamy, I'd probably try looking for "something else" or "somewhere else" not down the GI tract.

IF it's 'thick AND foamy', meaning that it's both, it could be due to dehydration PLUS "something else", to a possibility of some "parasite" along the tract, or to some other cause.

IF it's 'thick' but not foamy, my first choice might be a parasitic organism around "the neck area" and/or probably around the arm(s?).

IF it's 'foamy' but not thick, I'd look around the chest area for "anything" I can find. If nothing is found there, I'd look near the lumbar area, and if nothing is found there I'd consider the legs, all in that order.

The thoughts above depend on many other variables, of course, but at least they're a starting point. Factual or not, they may help the reader consider such details a bit more for other cases, in my opinion.

Re: your case: If you gain weight, are bloated and constipated all or most of the time, have "acne" around the neck AND your bowel movements AND weight normalize only with High Protein no-carb meals, the above might be useful information for you as well.
