Re: Potassium Chloride Push?

The sodium push is sodium chloride... what the body uses to push the bromide on out is the chloride.. it does not use the sodium. I reacted strongly to all that sodium. There are a few ways to get the chloride in... spdium chloride(the salt push), or potassium chloride - which is what I take. Magnesium chloride as well. I cannot remember the other forms.
The chloride flushes the loosened bromides on out of the kidneys and out of the body.
