Thats quite an interesting theory..my first flush had tons of green stones but I got less and less out after that {I still get some small new ones every time usually but not as many}. There is much debate over whether to flush first or not. I think both at the same time {off and on} are good..I think I did a parasite cleanse, then two liver flushes, then another parasite cleanse, then three more liver flushes. I have my next flush due in two weeks and will see what the results from that are. Im debating taking a break from cleansing over the winter, and letting things calm down a bit..not sure if thats a good idea or not. Im due for my next parasite cleanse the end of this month and am gonna have to wait til the end of next month to do it{gonna be a bridesmaid in a wedding and cant risk stirring things up and getting even sicker til after then}. There never really is a good time to do it though and it sucks.

What I got out during my last cleanse looked like the thing labeled Fasciola, except it was a gray color. Is this a liver fluke? The site I got that from said blood flukes but mine were not that color at all.
