the "gentle flush" with cayenne (powdered)
I don't have anywhere to get the cayenne in liquid form like plzchuckle's recipe says, and 1/4 of a tsp of the powdered is supposed to be ok too. It's not as hot as I'd expected. I wouldn't do it if it was too hot. The cayenne is supposed to open the bile ducts. There's no
Epsom Salts used. A healthy liver is my goal too, and it sure does all have to work together, I'm finding. Like I was told, my liver would never heal no matter how many herbs I was on for it, nor how many flushes I did, if I didn't get rid of the parasites. It was right on, I didn't know how bad of an infestation of liver flukes I've had that have been plugging my bile ducts, congesting my liver. I will definetly keep flushing because I know it is important for decongesting the liver..but I sure am glad to be getting all of those flukes out of there!
Plzchuckle recommended this flush to me for people in my family that have started the colon cleansing and deworming, but that I'm sure I could never convince to drink the amount of olive oil/lemon juice, and take the
Epsom Salts with
The Clark Flush .
