Ive actually taken to using your term "overhead" myself lately after reading a lot of your posts lol..Ill tell people "I love the overhead working out gives me" etc lol..they are always like huh? This is the reason I started doing a light workout for 30 mins to an hour almost every day this past week..I think its helping..one thing Im SURE its helping with is depression..obviously not Depression over my skin but just that general "funk" type. I havent had any bad results from excercise so thats one way I can think of to increase my overhead without side effects. Also, just making the time to do things I enjoy and get my mind off all this health stuff..going to the zoo with my family, working on my paintings, watching a movie, getting a pedicure, etc etc.
Any other ideas? I dont want to start trying to take milk thistle or anything just yet..I know my liver needs to heal and regrow but I think it would just stir things up even worse after only 5 flushes and being in this condition.
