Re: Naturopathic Rights were included when America was founded

As I read it, the rights to naturopathic treatment were incorporated as a Charter of Rights among all the original states and are a part of our founding.  If so, and if they have not been overturned, then all the restrictions that have followed and much of the actions of the FDA to suppress non mainstream treatments and alternatives are patently not in accordance with the law and our basic rights.

As I and  others have noted, the government is supposed to be the servant of the people, not vice versa.  All these restrictions on what we can and cannot do serve to enslave us.  It is after all, by God my body, and by God I should have the right to do whatever I want with it so long as I cause no harm to others in doing so!

"By God" having two meanings here, and both of them intentional.

By Golly!
