And the thing is, this writ was incorporated into the common laws of each state when America was founded and has never been repealed or overturned.

It begs the question of how the FDA or anyone else has gotten the power to act in opposition to, and violation of, the laws our sovereign states were founded on.

Maybe it's just me - but I find this information to be extremely important!
