Yes my fingers sure did get stained- I thought it was very pretty :). I did/do not care.

But that also happens everytime I squeeze Eggplant :).

The Iodine stain went away very fast, though. Compared to Eggplant, which takes a few days :). The Lugol's handstain took a couple of hours. Just wash your hands and until you do that, don't stick 'em anywhere that will burn, like into your eyes..

If you don't want to stain your fingers/hands, try spreading it with a dropper tip, like LN did.. Or a cosmetic sponge, like Savagegrace did. I think Q-tips waste too much, but you could use one of those if you had to, like on the night of a hot date..:)

I am sure you could still have a detox reaction with Mesentery Painting, although I have not had one. With me it's been pretty much all benefits.

Just make *sure* you drink more water than 1/2 your body weight in ounces. The most I have gotten in noticeable cautionary effects was a dry throat and/or slightly dry eyes, this only happened when I *knew* I wasn't drinking enough water.
