I went into liver flushing in an emergency situation, and started flushing before doing enough research.  I went on flushing until I convinced myself of the necessity of parasite cleansing and wound up in ALOT of pain from not listening.  AB SO LUTE LY start a parasite cleanse for at least a week before the first flush and keep at it until your liver is completely decongested.

EVOO is extra virgin olive oil.
