Getting your liver clean so it can clean your blood could very well be one of the most important steps in your healing. The varities of flushes are out there, it's just finding one that appeals.
Doctor Dennis suggested just plain ole cayenne pepper, I believe 1/4 teaspoon, you can look that up at Ask Dennis Hardy Nd and search gentle liver flush. I used the liquid because I already had it in the house.
I use sorghum rather than maple syrup because it also was what was in the house. Either would give you sweetness and plant minerals too!!
You do week 1, keep doing that and add the drink each morning for the 2nd week. If you have a lot of liver congstion, rest a week from it all, then begin again with week 1.
