I actually referenced this in the post I just wrote to you below.

Unheated oils are best. Heated oils threw off my hormones, too.

You need adequate protein to keep blood Sugar levels stable. This is critical because Sugar swings are a precursor to diabetes. My mother and my cousin keep their low blood Sugar stable with peanut butter, which I don't think is ideal, but with their not great diets, it helps them. Protein is really important in your case. You have to find a form you can easily digest and that doesn't give you gas. Try a soy protein shake using just ice, water, and a little stevia, and see if that helps you. There is a lot of controversy about soy, but it really helps women with bleeding issues.

A note on hypoglycemia: caffeine and sugars raise the blood sugar and then drop it even lower than before, causing more sugar cravings and hypoglycemic symptoms. For me, even fruit causes a spike in my blood sugar. It is interesting that so many women with bleeding issues also have related sugar and fat problems.
