PB, does healthy fat help you - like olive oil, fish oil, coconut oil? I have had a tendency toward low blood Sugar off and on (worse when doing too many carbs), and I found I need a fair amount of good fats in my diet to feel balanced. I do try to do as much cold pressed, non-heated as possible, though sometimes they are cooked fats. I do find the non-heated oils digest much, much better. An oily cooked meal, even if it's healthy like salmon cooked in olive oil with steamed veggies - I'm still burping it hours later.
