  Borax is reasonably safe, but it's also reportedly toxic in sufficient quantities (if eaten), so it's not something to be careless with. You can read some introductory data here. Be sure to check out the "From Other Guides" and "Elsewhere on the Web" links on the right side of the page.
  
  It shouldn't cause problems if used externally for short periods of time (don't soak in it...), but you'll want to be sure to keep it out of your eyes and lungs, as it can be irritating.
  
  I'd be interested in hearing anyone's successful or unsuccessful uses of borax, too!

    this site claims that you can use borax as a shampoo (diluted of course) followed by a citric acid rinse...I've never heard of this before...
    so I did a search on "uses for borax" & found this posting!...
    so I haven't experienced using borax in this manner but it's a very interesting use for it...

I have cross posted this message to a number of Forums on CureZone. I hope you dont mind. I am a big fan of the information provided and have found it so resourceful and beneficial.

      Absolutely positively. They are great in the oven and stovetop!!!!!!!!!
      
      We're not talkin their "casserole" items. Just look around the other websites using keywords le creuset as well as ebay. Ebay sometimes has great prices if you are not picky like I was for specific items then there are deals. THESE ARE FOR THE OVEN AND STOVETOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      
      Go to huldaclarkenthusiasts forum through the yahoo egroups...I belive I have seen others say how much they love them. Also read the reviews at amazon also. Sometimes amazon has a good price on maybe one or two items but only in a specific color.

    I use Chantal cookware made in Germany. It is enamel on steel and thus much lighter in weight than Le Crueset which is iron. Chantal also makes ceramic bakeware.
    
    Also Jenner Glass from Germany makes a great heatable glass teapot as well a glass infuser and teacup

I have been reading about worms/parasites for some time but did not know what to do. I found this site a few days ago and have been reading like a mad woman. I went to drclarkia site and ordered some tincture, but noticed you CANNOT use if you are nursing or pg. well, I am nursing and we were hoping for another child soon. So where do I go from here? Is the tinture okay if just nursing and we put the pg idea off a bit, or are there other things I can do. Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  As I understand things (I'm not a licensed medical professional, etc., etc., etc.), there are really only two reasons you want to consider not cleansing while breastfeeding. The first is that you could wind up souring your own milk, and your child might reject your breast as a result. The second is that you run the risk of passing toxins onto the breastfeeding child which have become dislodged as a result of the cleansing.
  
  As to pregnancy, the second issue also applies (released toxins could find their way into the womb). Besides this, "everyone knows" that Wormwood is toxic, so Wormwood , the Tapeworm killer, is always among the herbs listed as "do not use" during pregnancy.
  
  Wormwood's toxicity is mostly a result of a worried wine industry deciding that it needed to take measures to end the popularity of absinthe over a century ago, but no one wants to take a chance that a pregnant woman is going to suddenly have a miscarriage as a result of something herbal, so this isn't something that gets tested easily. Do you want your unborn baby being the guinea pig? Probably not. Does the herbal industry want to run the risk that someone taking herbs might decide that some herbs caused their miscarriage and have to deal with that lawsuit? Not a chance.
  
  So...
  
  Clarkia is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. I can't think of anything in it which is going to be harmful to a breastfeeding baby, but you need to read up on the herbs yourself and make a decision. Don't just blindly take my suggestion, because I'm offering my opinion, not advising you to use the stuff. OK?
  
  As to pregnancy... I'd suggest holding off on getting pregnant again until you've done some thorough cleansing. Do your cleansing, and then get pregnant, and then you needn't worry about it. But be really thorough, and really do what you can to implement a less toxic lifestyle, because it will be awhile before you have the opportunity to cleanse again. Clarkia is probably safe to use during pregnancy. But no one wants to take any chances, and unless you have a really compelling reason to be the guinea pig, you shouldn't take that chance on your pregnancy, either.

I just read through Dr. Clark's brief book summary on Curing all Cancers. I have a rare disease called Primary Schlerosing Colangitus. It's a disease the narrows my bile duct passageways from the liver. I also have Crohn's disease and I was wondering if anyone has heard of (PSC) and what can be done about it.   Everyone comes here thinking that their specific problem is drastically different in some way from everyone else and that it's going to require its own special unique handling.
  
  Chances are, it's not.
  
  The symptoms might be different, but the underlying causes are the same. The reason the symptoms are different is because the causes are targetting different organs or brain cells or whatever. Our bodies -- different organs, even different cells -- have differing abilities to endure the stresses, so different people experience different symptoms. But the symptoms all stem from the same basic causes, which is what the protocol addresses.
  
  Read up on the steps of the protocol and get a feel for what it entails.
  
  Go to the Dr. Schulze section of this web site and read up on his standard protocol for handling ailments. He, too, has a specific sequence of "general health" which handles most every problem he encounters.
  
  Go read Dr. Clark's The Cure For All Diseases (also available here on this web site online), and you'll see that there's a very specific set of cleansing procedures which is very close to the protocol you read on whatever diseases you looked up. It looks similar to Dr. Schulze 's protocol, too. (There are, however, differences.)
  
  The basics are pretty much the same. Do the basics to clean up your body, and remove the items from your diet or your environment which are contributing to your body's condition, and you'll find that your body has the ability to repair itself, with no magic herb or disease-specific drug required.
  
  Occasionally, someone might need something more, but that something more can't handle the problem above and beyond the more basic problem of constantly having to endure the onslaught of toxins and parasites.

I took the Clark way of cleansing, the oil and GF was not bad to get down, the salt was the worst to drink. Nothing happened until this morning after the 7th trip to the bathroom. I passed 5 grape size balls that were pea green and a lot of pea green small ones, There wer some brown ones in there too. Each time they get less and less.I would estimate (total) around a hundred or more so far. They looked just like the pictures posted on her site. I don't feel bad at all, I thought I was going to have some problems from what I read on some of the messages on here but everything went smooth and there was no pain to speak of. I used the "light" olive oil and fresh squeezed GF. I'm going back on the parasite cleanse for two weeks after this. Right now I'm hungry! I have one more salt drink to do in 40 minutes after that I can eat in two hours! Alright! Food! Until we meet again may the good lord take a liking to you!

i need to somehow contact Dr CLark direct. I have a very involved case with crohns and the portal vein. I have been told from Upenn to Yale to Lahey Clinic that my insides are quite unique in my circumstances. LET alone the portal vein issue is rare!I amvery involved, I get sepsis when touched invasively from something as simple as a needle to involved as surgery. I DO NOT want sepsis any more, They want to do liver transpolants to a supposedly good liver! which has upset me greatly...OR do s stent for the veinwhich is also higly dangerous I wan tot know if I DO this cleanse, can I keep the ducts and the liver clean. They SHOULDNT have to go in and cause any bleeding(which they do with ERCP's to clean the ducts when they clog)If i cankeep my ducts open!!!! help. I am young 37 single female who wants to have afamily some day whther that be theguy and me or with kids...but with these circumstances my hopes dreams desires are crashing aroun dme.....I need other places to go as THEY(the dotors ) are choosing what they KNOW works for other types of clients and taking a guess as to these options working for me...Im THAT unique!

I first got sepsis during a"routine" liver check(with the big needle in your side) and then whenever they near the liver or poke around there I turn yellow and fever to the point of "you better get vancomiacin NOW or Im DEAD!" Id rather go herbal and homeoptahic then thsi drastic...Im totally freaked!

Colon cleansing first in your case, a proper dietary regime, and then liver cleansing/flushes. You may want a naturopath as a coach. I d rather ..I ve started an asian acupuncturist but she hasnt been able to help the liver thing. This is my primary issue. The crohsn has beenn under some control(meds-prednisone) I have many other little side issues dur to the crohsn as well but this is my thing right now. I think starting a Colon Cleanse would be a good idea but I think it would be good to have a naturopath like gloria working with you. You may also need to find a naturopath in your area to work with who will let Gloria oversee.

Hi,

can anyone tell me why you veins pop out somtimes? I've noticed, over the years, that for some reason my veins (in certain places, usually the top of the foot, or the back of the hand) tend to pop out (protrude).....I don't know what that is and I've always wondered. My friend says that's high blood pressure.

  I think gravity is the reason people are pear shaped, the reason people get vericose veins and the reason your face or whole body hangs.
  
  This shows up on inactive people. Active people and people who take care of themselves, like using a mud mask, eating right etc. can delay the effects of aging.
  
  I'm no authority, but I have an Inversion Table. It is one of the best investments I've made.

    I weight 130 #, so I drink 6 ounces of water per day. It works.
    Also, as long as I stay on the "Eat Right For Your Blood Type" diet, my veins do not pop out.
    
    Of Course, the zapping and herbs re Dr Clark's protocol is important. I zap with many of the program drivers and I also plate zap, but I fully believe that avoid food intolerances according to blood type and keeping hydrated is a "key" to keeping the blood pressure healthy.

    I was in good shape when I was younger, but now I'm older and heavier, this, I'm sure is why I have vericose veins. I paid to have my veins removed through laser treatments, it costs, but was quick.
