Bamboo strainer I don't know...I'll settle on a enamel cookie sheet and enamel strainer soon.

Also, I have a enamelware set of Le Creuset cookware on the way. Amazing stuff and very expensive and real heavy. Cast iron that is totally covered with beautiful enamel.
