I do see watchers in the collective/racial unconscious, but from what I can see they are two entirely different species.
The indigos were brought here by the tall skinny blue people and just dumped willy-nilly all over the planet, because their world died and the blues really wanted to mess up the Zionist takeover plan, and the indigo's lack of response to guilt-tripping make them pretty resistant to the Zionist's major control tool, religion.
The watchers though, I actually see them from the only other universe we can get to (there are lots of them but they're not attached to this universe, only the universes that made them, and thus far, only one has been made from this one), and they were here working for the Zionists as spies, because humans are capable of being way secretive, and the Zionists needed that edge to try and keep ahead of us. Luckily for us though, the Zionists aren't very bright and still couldn't really control us even with the extra info.
What I think you're seeing that is so bad here currently is the Zionist influence on humanity---it's them behind every negative lie and all the media propaganda, it's them ordering us via their transnational companies to destroy the planet, it's them behind all the crap going on in the USA right now (they want to enslave all of humanity [minus about 8.9 billion of us], and breaking the US is the next step in that). Without them around, humanity would be a pretty nice bunch of folks. But currently, we erroneously think that the Zionist way is the only way to succeed, so we've been behaving very badly, emulating the Zionists in a mistaken effort to be 'successful'.
Probably our (humanity's) biggest vulnerability is that we tend to be a bit lazy, and haven't been keeping these rats out of high positions in world governments. We fell for their 'holocaust' ploy (they actually were supporting Hitler and what happened in the camps of Germany) and we got all sympathetic and started letting them into our government offices---prior to that, no country would. But now you see why---this lying thieving bunch are corrupting the government and planning their take-over crap, while stealing us blind thru the federal reserve, the IRS, the health care system, and any other way they can---that's why people are getting so poor---because the Zionists are stealing it all!!
Sorry---off my soap box---anyway, I do see a number of watchers being killed when Atlantis went down, so their spirits got sucked into human bodies, just like any other alien that died down in the city at that time. But they are far more reserved than the indigo---who are not terribly social, but really blossom on the internet with it's buffer of distance. The watchers I see aren't as different, though. The indigo wave is the major reason the Zionists have been able to sell so many ADHD drugs--it's to control the resistant indigo children because most of the parents and teachers are very hard pressed to understand them, and unwilling to change the average way they treat kids to adapt for the indigo difference.
Hopefully though, humanity will start to make full enlightenment, and the Zionists will be removed because they won't be able to fool us any more.
The watchers, however, aren't as resistant--they also tend to keep their heads down and try to avoid too much attention.
