To be Happy one thing I need is.... ☝

.. Myself 💚. .. Because Happiness is not obtained from outside. It is INNER.. and for that you do not need someone. You need someone to SHARE it with them!..
I know most of life perhaps the majority of us got to believe that it is something another person can give us who is our close friend or the one we Love.. but the Truth is we do not need someone to be Truly happy we just need to learn how to be Happy whether we have that someone in our life or not. Ones learned we just Can SHARE it but not to expect or be dependant on someone's love. Those realisations and experiences come when you face lonely stage of your life which most of us are afraid of. But this stage is when you MEET YOURSELF, when learn How to Accept and Love yourself with all your imperfections, it's time when you can study and discover yourself and your potentials in so many ways.. when you Can be Interesting to Yourself too without any public search for some approvals. This feeling will be with you whether you are alone or with someone. That will be Always with you and no one can take it from you. You know??... :)

I am HAPPY that AlMighty gave me this ME time. It was PRECIOUS. 💚.. It Helped me to reach levels which I have never dreamed of. I MET Myself... at least to a Good degree. #I #Know. :) :)

Ps: .. one friend of mine here (on fb) replied on this question that for that happiness she needs Friends.... Yes (especially) true friends are Important part of our life. It is True :).. but What If they are All gone and you need to face a lonely stage of life (and only God knows how long for)?.. Then what??... End of world? Depression? Sad times?.... Yes we all need Friends and someone to Love in our life... but I do believe we should not be dependent to That degree on that Presence of others and if we loose them .. it should not be considered as the end of the world or Happiness. It All starts from Us. From our Inner (Happiness). If you have it, if you learned it how to keep it and develop it regardless of someone's presence. It's YOURS. No one can take it from you! I'm prone to anxiety and depression. I'm bipolar. I've attempted suicide so many times that I've truly lost track. I'd say at least 25 times. I'm on psych meds.
Well, I've been doing really well for months now. We quit drinking about 10 months ago and things have been so much better!
However, I've been gradually going...d...o...w...n. So, the other day I bought some nips. While he was in the shower, I mixed some with juice and powdered cinnamon and cloves. (I use a lot of that for another stupid problem I have.)

Then a few years ago after a long dry spell and sinking deep into depression, I met a woman and right away my mood brightened. Everybody could see it. I just feel good to have someone to share my days with.
It turned out that she was an expert tease who was enjoying my money. She went back to her regular boyfriend [details omitted].
Okay it wasn't real love... but there is something about EGO and SOCIAL ACCEPTANCE or whatever when people have a partner... and if not we are losers and we feel like losers if we want and do not get.
Dang I am not helping am I. I really hope you find yours.

You dad only wants you to be happy and not a street beggar. He knows what careers are long term and pay well. He wants more for you than he had.
Don't limit your thinking. But keep in mind that math is the universal language. You are not good at it because you don't see the connection between math and everything else. Learn to see math in everything and you will end up loving it.

Is there some reason why you want to get caught?
Think about what your mother is worried about. If you don't know, ask her. If you can understand where she is coming from and put her mind at ease, it will make her feel better. Perhaps then she will relax and trust you more.
