I've seen reports from a number of members of heavy metal detox groups who were surprised by the results of their test.
I am one such person. My chiropractor's checklist for candida seemed to be a pretty good fit for me however a stool test was negative for that. It did suggest other imbalances.
A few years later when I had rather obvious symptoms of
parasite the test above confirmed the problem. The doctor also said I had the lowest level of candida he had ever seen.
Heavy metals could be a factor. Eventually you'll probably want to look into that. This woman's list of symptoms is a good example of what we see from middle aged females who need detox.

You might start by cleaning up your diet. You don't want to feed the gut bugs.
Various antioxidants are a good way to start to help your body with some basic detox. Vitamin C is good for that and for adrenals.
Remember sulfur is needed for important liver detox substances. Unfortunately some say sulfur containing foods can feed candida. They are needed for detox but if you use them irresponsibly, they can make a heavy metal problem worse by kicking up HMs wildly. Moderation seems to make sense here. It is complicated.
Selenium is underappreciated for its role in detox and thyroid health.
Zinc is needed for so many roles in the body and foods supposedly contain less of it today than 100 yrs ago.
You might get your progesterone levels checked, maybe along with its precursor, pregnenolone. The latter is an inexpensive supplement in the US. A close female friend responded remarkably well to it. She had some of your related symptoms. I was *very* impressed. Her blood preg was borderline low while taking 20mg so she really needed it.
So much more could be said.
