For as long as I can remember, fats have made me feel sluggish (though I didn't know it was the fat until recently). 3 years ago my stools would often be blue (must have been bile). Fat helps keep my blood
Sugar stable, but then I don't have any energy, as I feel sluggish. I don't get the Irritable Bowel symptoms that I used to, but even good fats like nuts and seeds/flax/ and fish fat make me sluggish.
So I am left with eating a very high complex carb diet without adding any fat if I want to have any energy. Without fat I get reactive hypoglycemic symptoms (irritability and poor concentration)unless I eat every 3 hours. If I add fat, then I don't get irritable or have brain fog - I just feel sluggish overall. Damned if I do, damned if I don't.
Since doing the liver/gallbladder flush has resulted in improvements in a lot of things, I was hoping that the flushes would help me process fats better so I can add good fats for more stable blood
Sugar without becoming fatigued.
Anyone have experience with this sort of problem? I am going to keep cleansing and I am optimistic - just wondering why even good fats are making sluggish. Maybe my liver is even more sluggish than I thought.
