Do you know if these alleged problems ( If at all problems) have been addressed in the later F165, and the f2?

What are you asking? - The F165 is a FREQUENCY GENERATOR (PAR EXCELLANCE', and THE BEST out there at the MOMENT) - It doesn't DIRP or SCAN a "body" or "tissues" for resonant activity, so what are you talking about??? THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS TO BE ADDRESSED in the F165 (sheez).

The Fscan II? The same. I would say it picks up about 90% of the resonant activity in the CIRCUIT it CREATES when you are scanning/DIRPing - ie. the circuit it creates between the electrode (or "red" wire TENS pads) you hold in your left hand (or put LOCALIZED to your target area), and the red feedback attachment on your right middle finger. It, like ALL Zappers and FREQUENCY GENERATORS, it only going to be able to deliver frequencies or pulses where the circuit it creates reaches - thus, some tissues are left UNTREATED or UNREACHED - which is exactly why Dr. Sutherland uses an ABPA to transmit, in theory, F165 frequency sets to ALL CELLS (via radionics and scalar waves, etc. per APBA) in the body - and likes to see his research participants using a contact device (Fscan or F165) at the same time one is using/recieving ABPA transmissions (so that in theory, one is reaching every cell in the body - though it's OBVIOUS that ONE pathogen at a time is worked on).
