I first came across a post by u about chloryphyl and how u have discovered that u need a lot of it!
Have u tried eating fermented foods every day. I find they are brilliant for sorting out my digestive problems. About a week ago I was unable to have bread, sugar, and so many other foods and I was quite concerned because all I could have was salads and vegetables. Now, I can have gluten free sweet biscuits, rye sourdough bread and there are more foods that i can eat now which is making life so much more enjoyable. I buy and eat about 3-4 times a day an organic fermented probiotic sauerkraut. Make sure that is is not pasteurised or homogenised because this destroys the good bacteria in it and the good bacteria is what your gut needs regularly every day so that u can digest and absorb your nutrients from your food.
