I hope your feeling better. I ran across a recipe in Dr. Clark's newest book "for people with sensitive stomachs and when nothing wants to stay down". You might like to try it.
"1 tbsp moose elm powder (also called slippery elm)
1 cup cold goat milk (or other liquid)
honey
Start by making a paste of the powder and a tiny bit of goat milk as if it were cocoa. Gradually add more mild to consistency desired. Sweeten with honey. Zappicate. This can be drunk hot or cold. Sip one cup a day. Before you are allowed to have goat mild choose coconut cream or water for mixing."
