How can you say it was definately chocolate?....once again, because you ate chocolate with oil, and you passed stones that smelled of chocolate and oil does not prove anything.
As to the book by
Hulda Clark e, I have not bought it and I get everything I need from this forum for FREE....I did a search for the book you reference "Can we live 150 years" and I cannot find any information other than websites to buy the book. I did find a few excerpts though such as the following:
For example, on page 171 he states:
"It is known that there are many contact points on the fingers that are connected with internal organs. For example, a ring on the fourth finger causes disorders of nipples, reproductive organs, and endocrine glands. A ring on the middle finger may cause arteriosclerosis or high blood pressure, a ring on the index finger -back pain, calcification of bones, and inflammations of spinal nerve roots." A few lines down on the same page he continues: "When you have time...massage the fingers of your right and left hand in turn, one minute each -massaging our finger influences our eyes. If you do such a massage every day, you will not need glasses and your hands will always feel rested."
So, the author, Mikhail Tombak, is claiming that if I rub my fingers a few times a day, I can eliminate my eyeglasses....hmmmmmm.....I had not heard that one...perhaps my doctor will know more about it....NOT!!!!

"what do you think you all are raving about. One liver cleanse from someones book. Hey I don't want to ruffle feathers, I just want others to see that not everyone here believes in this certain cleanse. I think everyone should try out a more lengthy involved cleanse instead of doing this certain one over 5x."
There are several cleanses recommeded on this site in addition to the
Liver Flush using olive oil and
Epsom Salts .
Also, if you believe that the liver cleanse promoted by
Hulda Clark e is something new that she is promoting, then she would have to be very old because the liver cleanse is actually chinese medicine that dates back over 1000 years.
Here are a few links for you to take a look at, and none of them are associated with
Hulda Clark or her book:

As to my tone...I enjoy a good discussion, that is all.
