Hi,
AS an added note to the above post: My oldest Daughter, when she had her last Baby several years ago, she started having the normal problems which most women have of cramps and pains etc!
I would ask her "IF" she was taking her extra calcium and a small pinch of
Epsom Salt with each meal, of course she would say that she was taking some calcium but not the Epsom salt!
So I would have to remind her to take her Epsom Slat with each meal and to keep increasing the amount of calcium until her problems all went away!
And she would say, But Dad I am taking 5,000 to 10,000 mg of Oystershell calcium a day now already!
So I would remind her that she wasn't taking enough for her present needs and that if she would keep increasing the amount till her Problems stopped, that then she would know how much she needed!
So she kept increasing the amount of Oystershell calcium, for that was her choice to use, until her problems stopped!
Now it just so happens that she found that it took a least "48" 500 mg oystershell calcium, which is 24,000 mg of Extra calcium per day to solve her problems while she was carrying child!
Of course she took these all thru the day, not at one or two times!
If she took any less than this she would have problems, and any more did not seem to improve her anymore!
After the Healthy baby boy was born, she was able to reduce the amount of calcium she needed!
So the moral to this true story is that you need to find out how much you may need to take to solve your problems!
"IF" you are having problems , then you are not getting enough!
Smile Tis your choice!
